Hi,
Please post here what colour you use with your Omas visions successfully without staining.
I have used Pelikan Royal Blue, Omas Green, and Parker Quink Washable blue with no problems.
I will be getting a 360 vision for my Research Dept, so I would like to keep it looking new and unstained.
I like Diamine, Omas, Pelikan, Parker, and Waterman inks--in that order.

Stay away from most purples and reds. They seem to stain the most. Also rinse and flush frequently with water when you run the pen dry. This will help prevent staining.
I mostly use Waterman Blue-Black in my piston Ogiva Vision and have zero problems with it. I also use Omas Blue (new), Waterman Florida Blue, and Sheaffer Blue (new) in it and haven't had any problems with them, either. I seem to really like Waterman BB, though!

Hi Dillon,
If you don't want a stained demonstrator, there is only one solution, unfortunately, and that is to not use it.
Ink gets in all possible nooks and crannies, which you didn't even know existed, and is virtually impossible to clean, even if you take the pen apart to do so.
An option you may choose is have two pens, one for use, and one for display. That is my way for dealing with the problem.
As mentioned above, purple, violet, red and pink inks stain the most, and create the stains that are hardest to remove even small amounts of.
Also take care with brown inks: many brown inks contain red dyes, the same ones that are used for red inks.
HTH, warm regards, Wim
