It writes very well, with a wet line and a smooth nib. And the piston filler works well. Nothing to complain about!. A very nice pen. I like it a lot!.

Very nice pen! I've heard a lot of good things about it. Is it heavy or light? Is the nib ultra smooth or with a little tooth?

It is very light; this is the first thing you notice when you hold it. The nib is smooth, but it does not glide; you can feel the nib on the paper. Very comfortable to write with.

Good pictures of a beautiful pen. You've got to love the Paragon. Nothing beats the tactile quality of the cotton resin. Enjoy your pen!

I discovered that you can get acceptable pictures of a pen just using a scanner and increasing brightness a bit later. No need of a camera with a macro lens!. And you are right. I love this pen. It is not a fancy celluloid, but the feeling you get writing with it is very satisfying.
