My mother just bought herself a Conklin MT Crescent Filler - she loves it, except she can't get the ring to turn so she can fill it! Is there a 'trick' or something I can recommend to her? I suspect it's stiff, being brand new & all, but that rationale doesn't help her fill the pen.
