wanted to share my experience with their service on this board. I have read a
few negative comments about them and their turnaround time on FPN and
elsewhere, which almost kept me from sending my Nozac to them.
After firing off a couple of emails to them, they replied very quickly back to me
and assured me they would make it write perfectly.
At about a month of ownership it started skipping and being a poor starter.
After a couple flushing outs I decide to take Conklin up on their lifetime warranty
and send it in. I won't say what I wrote to them with the pen but I definitely struck
a nerve. For my troubles they sent a very nice and impressive Ohio rollerball back
with my Nozac Pen, which by the way got a new nib and feed. The rollerball, came
with a very very smooth Conklin med refill.
I waited 30 days now to write this little bit just to be sure there are no deficiencies
with my Nozac and there are none. I hope others take advantage of their lifetime
warranty also. Turnaround time was 7 business days.
