I just mailed my pen Black/silver M215 to Chartpak last week to have the nib exchanged. I really did not like the XF. Going with a fine.
You just send it to them and they will swap it out.

or, keep the nib you have and just buy one from Pam Braun. Unscrew the original nib, screw in the new nib.
