Full Version: HELP for my wounded Parker...

I need a recommendation for a nib meister. I dropped one of my beloved Parker Frontiers, and it is no longer feeding ink without an excessive amount (too much) hand pressure. The nib does not look like it is bent and there is still clearance between the metal and plastic section on the main section of the nib, but the tines seem to be out of alignment. It use to feed ink smoothly with even the lightest touch on paper (read: smooth as glass), but now is messed up. I have used Rohrer & Klinger Magenta, PR Tanzanite, and Quink inks with no problems in the past. If it is repairable, I would also like to have it ground from its current Medium point to a Fine point. Anyone you recommend? I know it is not an expensive pen and the repair will surely exceed the cost of the pen, but it doesn't matter to me (sign of a true pen nut). Any ideas?

Try Dillo, known as Dillon Ang in real life. He has done quality work for me, reasonable price, and quick turn-around.

I sent an email to Dillo, but have not received a reply. Does he have another method of contact he prefers? I would like to get the pen sent off as soon as I can. Let me know. Maybe a PM is better?

Costs nothing to try.
