Sorry I think it is only a Waterman's nib.
I can't recall any Waterman's with this design.

Looks like it might be a lever filler from the french line. http://www.vintagewatermanpens.co.uk/ has quite a few with the screw cap and filler lever of the same shape and style and placement.

Whatever that is, it is unlikely to be a Waterman - I suspect that it is something third tier with that roller clip and plenty of bling - might possibly be of European origin, Italian perhaps?
The nib also appears to be plated, during that era Waterman nibs were 14 carat.

Your luck I forgot to bid on that. I had it on my watch list and got busy. I wanted that pen in a bad way. Regardless of who made it it's beautiful. Having a vintage waterman nib is only a bonus. If you ever decide to let it move on. PM me first!

I'd agree on that clip--roller clips were foreign to known 1st-tier pen companies.
Also look at the section--looks rather big and clunky for(esp.)a french pen. Looks
like something I'd see on a 2nd,3rd or lower tier pen. The banding on the top and
bottom of the cap,the rivet style of the clip(minus the roller)look like somehing
one would see on the Swan brand.

I have a pen much like the one from the auction.
The nib on this says "Made in Japan"
Other than the different color it looks a lot like the auction pen.
A nice nib though.
