Hi everybody, this is Shubham Srivastav from India.
I am pursuing a master's degree from Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore.
I've been an avid lover of fountain pens from the beginning of my school days.
A stainless steel parker is my most prized possession, the likes of Waterman, Sheaffer, Cross etc can wait till i have more money in my pocket :)
This community is fabulous,i am learning loads. Can't believe it took me so long to stumble across FPN.

cheers

Shubham

Welcome Shubham!

We have a number of members from India. As you've discovered there is a LOT of information and dialogue about pens to be found here. When you've graduated and have more rupees that you ever imagined, you can come to us for advice on how to squander them on fountain pens, ink, and such. Opinions can be had on FPN for the asking. And, sometimes, without even asking... :)
Hope carries with it optimism, it conquers despair, it refuses to turn back even in the face of impossible odds. It enables us to believe in a vision of tomorrow that will be better than today. Every person that suffered the unspeakable or endured the unimaginable to achieve what was known to be impossible, and discover what others knew did not exist ... every one of these was imbued with Hope.
