Per special request, here are a couple of photos of a Bakelite Ingersoll pen I recently acquired.
Photo 1 merges two images. The top one is a simple side view of the pen; I hope the richness of the color comes through (and I hope you can see the riveted clip and the carpet-tack twist-filler knob). The bottom is included strictly by way of size reference; that's a Sheaffer NoNonsense next to the Ingersoll.
Photo 2 is a close-up of the cap-top imprint, clearly showing (I hope) the Newark address.
This one came to me with a replacement Warranted nib (tipping completely worn away) and a cap lip crack. All in all, though, I think it's a fairly presentable specimen. The Bakelite has a feel all its own (and it's fun to own a pen that really IS made of Bakelite).
