I am not fully satisfied with the way my Pelikan M800 fine writes. I would like to contact Chatpak to see if they would like to take a look at it or can suggest some actions I can take at home at first.

I sent an email to Chatpak <info@chatpak.com> but haven't heard back. I recall seeing the contact information of some person in Chatpak who has been very helpful to other members. Could you point me to that contact? PM is ok.

Thanks.

Yes, apologies for the typo. I sent an email to:
penrepair@chartpak.com

Sent it on Jan. 1. Yet to hear back. That is why I
wanted to know if there was an alternate email address
or if there was a person I should contact.

Thanks.
