Well, my mother's off to Japan to meet her family in two days and I'm taking the opportunity to ask her to grab a pen or two. I really like the idea of a soft-nibbed pen as I'm really only used to nails at this point, so I'm looking for some opinions on these two Pilot pens: the Namiki Falcon with a SF nib and the Custom Heritage 912 with the FA nib.
Which one would be better for everyday use? I'm not after Spencerian hand or anything, just a little line variation without consciously using the nib for "flex".
For what it's worth, I have largish hands but no difficulties or preferences towards heavier or larger pens.
PS: The Falcon would be ordered from the US, not Japan (due to lower prices) and the 912 from either Rakuten or a B&M store in Japan.
