Model / Type? Help Identifying...

So, back in the mid-1980s, while I lived in Karlsruhe, West Germany, I purchased this pen:
My Mont Blanc Pen (Pictures)
I have not, since, found any source of a replacement, nor any information on model and type. It needs some repair, or I would like to replace it. I do not like any of the really high-end Mont Blancs; I love this slender form and the weight of this pen is perfect. It still writes wonderfully. However, the cap is lose, and I would like to have that repaired, or I would like to find a pen that closely matches this, and retire this one.
Any help to identify this, and so on, is appreciated.

Looks like an early Slimline.
