Can you maybe phrase the question in a different way?

From my experience I can say that the MBs are a size smaller than similar nib designation by Pelikan, at least for the M400 / M200 nibs comapred to 146 nibs.
149 OBB nib is almost the same size (line width) as the Pel BBs. 149 OBBB definitely much braoder and B and a thicker M are thinner in line width.
As mentioned above there seems to be considerable difference even between the different models of MB and even within the same model (M and B of 149 re about the same size).
I hope that helps - frankly I would advise you to check before you choose if possible. I have no recourse but to order online and wait and see what I get, but if you can do have a look before you commit.

There's slightly better definition in the M800 series because of the smaller nib, but still blobby, so it's hard to compare.
The Pels feel a trifle wetter to me, but both brands are generally generous in flow. Pels will be consistent in sizing, whereas MB nibs vary widely in what is classified a particular size.
