-Gold seal pen (duh)
-is this a signature version ? There is stated gold seal signature on the nib
-has 4 rings (3x cap/ 1x Bottom)
Some additional info:
-goldseal nib +- 29mm long +signature inscription
-goldseal is not drilled (so i suppose i still have warranty on the pen
-115mm long (lady's version?) still is a decent sized pen in ř
-imprint on cap wahl evesharp, made in chicago usa
-Personal point system (nib turns out)
Any extra info would be appreciated
I think for it's anne it's in a pretty good condition, only part that was missing was the alu ring on the section. This way the section moved easily from the barrel, the sac was ossified, but the internals where very clean. To fit the section back in tight i used some alu tape wit a small dot of shellac to keep the section in place.

The signature model was a pen before this one (no gold seal) 1926 if i'm correct.
The flat top gold seal pens with personal point began at the end of 1928 and where only prodded 2 years. So this pen would be dated between "28-"30.
The pen will be called flattop gold seal personal point (normal or small size?) ring top, it's a whole mouth full!
Only the size i can't find any about. I know that it' not an over sized pen, but it looks to big to be a lady's model either. Anyone has some more on this?
btw, the signature nib, keeps his promises as a semi flex.

The Personal-Point refers to the interchangeable pen points that were manufactured in screw-in-screw-out modules to allow the pen store to change out one nib for another to suit a customer's writing needs. Prior to that a dealer had to either be skilled at nib replace met or stock a lot more pens in a lot more nibs to satisfy a customer, etc, etc...but that's probably enough for now.
These era pens were the first pens to bear the name Wahl-Eversharp on the pocket clip (Through 1928 they were Wahl Pen and before that Wahl Tempoint Pen with the Tempoint on the nib and or barrel body, but not the clip). Having said that the 1929 catalog was copyrighted in 1929. The next previous catalog was produced in April 1928. For whatever reason, the earliest Personal-Point pens were made with "Wahl Pen" pocket clips. The production of the 1929 pen began 1n 1928 before the 1929 catalog was published. The Eversales dealer newsletter of October 1928 announces the pen's coming. Pictures of the pen in that issue show the pocket clip "Wahl-Evrsharp". None-the-less many early Gold Seal Personal-Point pens came from the factory with Wahl Pen pocket clips (Waste not want not?) It seems that the Wahl Company decided to merge the names given to their pencil line and their pen line into the elided Wahl-Eversharp trademark on the actual product itself at about this time frame.

thanks a lot, don't think there can be told much more on this pen.
For a women's pen it's still a decent size then.
Need to say that i like the nib.
