I Made A Mistake

I see more regrets/gripes on paper quality/type but not size. How about you? Any regrets on a particular size of journal purchase?

I seem to have it about right for me but I wouldn't get a book that had an expensive cover, just because I could afford it.

I just can't get used to the small format. It is uncomfortable and cramps my arm up. ...I beleive the smallest format I can go for a daily journaling/extended writing sessions is going to be about 5"x8" (is that Medium Moleskine size?) or close to A5. I did not know that before and will have to adjust my notebook buying habits accordingly.
My situation exactly down to it being a small webnotebook and 5x8 being what I like.
The webnotebook is one of the more expensive I have, but I am concluding that I may have to just decide that it is going to have to be more of a carry around note taker.

I've tried selling the small Webbies, but I can't get any takers. If I don't use them in the next couple of months, I may consider donating them to the Pay It Forward thread.

I don't do well on 8x11 sizes for journalling or fiction writing. Too much blank page staring back, I suspect.
I never quite thought of it that way, but now you've said it, I feel quite the same!
The smaller sizes "invite" thoughts.....the very large seem to "intimidate."
thanks for mentioning it.
