I hope the scan shows that it's in fact really -black-, not some sort of other color. I had to edit the image a bit so that it really looks like the scanned original (at least on my screen).

 

This one has more or less become my favorite black ink.

The only problems are that it is a) not readily available quite expensive (about 2 or 3 times the cost of Pelikan cartridges, or something around 2€ for a pack of 6 cartridges) and c) doesn't come in a cartridge. Any complaints I have are not about the ink itself. It has a lovely black color, and it's really well-behaved.

 

In short, one of my absolute favorite inks

I got a several packs of Kaweco carts from JetPens last year sometime when I was ordering some other stuff from them. I've not tried the black ones yet and I found the blue-black underwhelming. However, the green & sepia are nice and I esp. like the aubergine purple, which I think has some decent water-resistance.
