Tryphon Sac Cement

How long will that last, if it is left unopened? Will some chemical change have occurred, rendering it useless? If I re-sac a pen using this cement, will I wind up with an inky stain all over my shirt (or worse, someone else's shirt if I give away or sell the pen)?

The Tryphon website had been giving me an error message, but either it's back up or my ISP has stopped being obstinate. I was able to check the sac cement there, and it says it has a 10-year shelf life. So this should still be fine.

I am currently using a bottle of the Tryphon sac cement that was purchased between 2-3 years ago and has been used in many restorations. The bottle has been opened and closed many times over this period and the cement still works perfectly.
