4/20/06 Update on Ketan

We are continuing to monitor the return of all items. We have pictures of the packages and all the tracking numbers. According to Ketan the items were sent out on Sunday 4/9/06 using an automated shipping kiosk. This would generate tracking numbers. However it is likely that the numbers will not show up on the USPS tracking site. http://www.usps.com/ until this evening or tomorrow.

 

Please contact us if you did not receive a tracking number directly from Ketan.

There is not much new information to post but we want to insure all members that the Admin team is still working on this issue.

 

 

Several more people have posted that they have received their packages so there are less than a handful still waiting.

Dear Good Folks of FPN,

 

All packages with pens etc. sent by Ketan to their respective owners, have been received by their owners, as of this moment in time. There is currently no further news regarding Ketan himself.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
