Agree, the 450s appear to be Jinhaos. I am less sure about what appears to be MB clones towards the bottom of the page. No personal experience, but I am considering placing a modest order in the next little while.

Yeah, I think I was the one who asked that same question about the website several months back. I think I was told they are Jinhao pens.

I have purchased both the X450 & X750 from this company and the pens arrived promptly in about 5 days. The nibs are quite smooth, especially for the price, though the pens are on the hefty side (brass, I believe).

 

Also, I had emailed them prior to purchase with a question and received a very quick and friendly response.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
