I find myself torn between the Delta dv oversize and the media IT stantuffo in rhodium trim. I love both but if i get the demonstrator would i miss not being able to look at the wonderful orange resin of the oversize

 

Also i live in the uk and the purchase will be from italy. Now ive been told by dhl that no customs charges are liable as both countries are in the eu however local taxes havent been applied in italy so im thinking they will be applied on arrival in the uk. Can anybody provide me with any info before i make the purchase tomorrow

You don't have to pay anything extra for imports from Italy to the UK. They don't even have to complete a Customs form. It's up to the seller to either include VAT or pay it out of what you pay him.

I just bought an Omas Ogiva in purple from him about 2 hours ago and he had the best pricing around by far across at least 5 or 6 different retailers.

Current Wishlist:

Visconti, Visconti, and...more Visconti! (And some ST Duponts too). (Ok fine, getting on the Omas and Montblanc trains now too. Toot toot.) (And maybe on the Montegrappa one too, but only for the Miyas.)

He would have to take off well over 100 euros. His pricing is good though

Yes indeed. Shame they couldnt ship today. They had over 6 hours to process it but then again i am very impatient

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..
