M400 medium nib from John Mottishaw. Circa 2013.

Same nib stubbed to a 0.6mm by Oxonian. 2015.

 

It's a fab pen, but it's also the one that taught me that I liked stubbISH points rather than actual stubs. If you see what I mean.

 

An expensive lesson, but you all know this.

 

I have my eye on a Pilot Custom 74 medium, or soft-medium.

 

Please let mew know what I can expect for the Pel.

I recently won an M205 on eBay. It came with three nibs, two of which were Binderized. All three were steel, though, not the gold - that would add value. The auction ended at $129. A little over half, but two extra nibs, handled by the nibmeister.

 

It's a lovely pen, and just as described.
