Twsbi Shout Out

After buying a TWSBI 580 within a month of it being released (yes, a long time ago) I was never happy with the 1.1 nib I received with it. It never worked well and always had start-up issues, skipping constantly, unlike the EF nib I got along with it, which is great.

 

I emailed Philip at TWSBI and today, 10 days later, I received a brand new 1.1 nib. It works great!

 

I didn't pay one cent, and I just want to give a big shout out to TWSBI, their employees, and their customer service. Thank you!

I've got the exact same pen and the exact same problem, but I have not emailed him yet

Shoot TWSBI an email, they will surely help you out.

Yeah, I've never owned a TWSBI, but a quick google search of the brand will bring up how good the customer service. Nice to know you're getting a pen from a company who can stand by their product.
