M800 Etched Demonstrator

Although I've long had a green stripe M800 and a black M600, I'm not familiar with Pelikan pricing and would like to know if $750 seems a fair price for a M800 Etched Demonstrator in excellent used condition with no stains or scratches and a B nib? TIA

ah, Xof72000, you are cleverer than me. I did not check to see that our OP was actually trying to sell one of these so high. Sadly, I should have been more skeptical of his first question.

Sorry, but is there something I'm not seeing here? I admit I'm not knowledgeable about the Pelikan market and particularly the demonstrators and was simply asking if $750 seems a fair price. I thought it seemed to be from historical sales, but if it isn't I would genuinely appreciate someone enlightening me. Please elaborate.

If someone is willing to pay that price - it's "fair." If no one's biting, you probably have it marked too high. Basic economic theory :-)
