The website for this internet retailer looks good -- it has contact info, photos of the owner, a BBB logo, etc. Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings, negative or positive, with this seller. Thanks for any info.

My sense is that it's mostly a one-man operation run by Joseph Ptasinski that unfortunately hasn't gotten much attention over the years.

I've ordered a decent amount from them and had absolutely no problems at all. I think I discovered them initially when I was trying to track down some Schneider products.

My one minor complaint is that I've found their website tricky to navigate in some ways, but it's not a big deal.

(By the way, make sure that you check their Closeouts and Specials list every so often.)
