Hi,

 

It is a Minibillie. Made in France around the 1980's I think. No clip either. Price ranges depending on condition from £15 to £60. Are you looking to sell it, if so message me. They were only made in a few finishes;

 

Chrome with blue jewel

Chrome with black jewel

Brown tortoise shell

Blue lapis

Green striped with gold trim and black jewel

Gold with vertical lines
