Reseda Green / Green Pea - Kwzi New Green Ink (Teaser)

Some of you make amazing work to make Konrad's (KWZI) inks known here on FPN. I'm lucky. I live in Poland and I can meet Konrad in person. Recently he's borrowed me his Wality eyedropper filled with his new green ink. His still working on it, yet the color won't change, the properties will.

Anyway the color is really amazing, it's one of my favourite shades of green. Let me know whether you like it or not.

This is a nice day....

I am always looking forward for moe interesting reviews of my Polish friend Visamitra....

This is my lucky day :)

Very nicely done again Visamitra.... Nice colour.

Cool that you know Konrad... Sort of me knowing Dr Jansen of De Atramentis....

I do not know Konrad but from what I have seen in your reviews... It is a VERY nice company.... Can you tell anything more about it?

I love DA Jane austen green. It too is an antique looking dark green. I could send you a postcard wihtit if you want..

Thanks again for the review. Looking forward to many more of those..

Peter

How similar is the color to rotten green?

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Just by looking at the pics... they seem to be quite different. To me, Rotten Green is way more darker with more blue in it.

No I don't have a website yet ;)

Rotten green is way more dark and saturated, but they have some things in common in color.

This Green Pea is addition to Blue of Sky, as another waterproof ink with low maintenance, it's included in package that is actually flying across ocean, so you will have possibility to check it yourself ;)

In some time another color of that family will see day light - red-orange-brown - a color similar to that of brick ;)

I have a lot of tape - and I won't hesitate to use it!

Hello Konrad.

How can I retrieve some of your gorgeous inks.... Do you have a colour chart?

I am VERY curious to experience more from you

Regards

Peter

Hi Peter...

You can go to this thread...

and cast your ballots on what KWZI inks you would be interested. A Group Buy is in the making, and we are trying to select the most populars to maximize the Group Buy efficiency.

Nice colour, it looks like Diamine Umber on my screen,

In a Pelikan, that's my favourite green.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
