How To Post Pics?

Have been experiencing multiple problems trying to post pics. The latest solution has now also stopped working. Every time I try to post a pic I get the "Opps! Something went wrong!" Message with a note telling me that the image I am trying to up load is too big. I tried several ways to make the pic taken with my DSLR and downloaded from Adobe Revel to my iPad smaller. These steps worked in the past but not now. So, I retook the photos with my iPad mini and tried again. Same error message. I have never had difficulties with image size for pics taken with my iPad mini before.

How can I make images small enough to post on FPN via my iPad mini? I can no longer post via my MBA, so that option is out, has to be via my iPad 2 or my iPad mini.

I found a way to post photos again. By adding pics to NoteSelf then saving the doc to my phots on my iPad I could then upload them.

If you have photoshop or any image editor just resize.

Hmm, simple enough. That would limit my posting to only once every two weeks or so as that is how often I am able to fire up the computer.

How about on an iPad? I spend several hours a day on the train and that is when I do most of my posting.

Yes , that simple, and you can post any number of photos you want, rezise means no more then 999kb for upload, you have no limits.

I am old fashioned don't know what Ipad is and I don't use iphones, I only use my pc 18 gigas of memory really fast and powerful.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
