Pelikan 100 Piston Seal Repair Question.

I have a Pelikan 100 whose cork is shot. I'd like to replace it with O-rings if possible. The disassembles easily. Does any one have any suggestions on how to best go about removing the old cork and sourcing and installing the appropriate O-rings?

I recently replaced the o-rings in the 100 I mentioned above and it works great. I have another that still kind of works but the ink is getting behind the piston. Taking it apart, the piston head is a black press fit piece that I think may be from a 100N or maybe a 400 and sanded down to the appropriate diameter. Unlike my other 100 this one does not have the little plug thing (for lack of a better description) that fits into the shaft and holds the o-rings in place. I have plenty of o-rings but am interested in suggestions regarding how to get this piston back in working order (other than sanding down a larger seal, replacements for which only seem to be in white.).

I have seen recently that the source (vintagepens.com) that was quoted above for o-rings now carries white and black seals for 100N's. Not sure how well they will fit the older 100n's with black seals like yours. Note, I have never tried these so I am curious how well they will work.

Good resource. I was aware of those. My pen is a 100 not a 100N. I think the 100N has a slightly wider inside diameter so the piston hear would need to be sanded down or some other way modified to fit the more narrow 100. I'd like to avoid that.
