I am having trouble locating information about this pen.  I find enough about the L-93, and while this has the same nib and lever, it has 'Moore' on top of its clip instead of 'The Moore Clip'.  It doesn't seem to be made out of hard rubber, but who knows?  It is 4 7/8" long, has a 93 on the barrel's end, and came with a broad Moore's Maniflex Pen nib.  Was this made in the 20's, 30's, ...any info will help, Thanks!

I have found 1930's pencils that have the same clip, but none of these pencils were flat-tops.  The model pencil that looks the closest has a rounded gold-ish color top.  That's most likely the match, for its all I can find.
