I recently received a replacement Serwex pen from FountainPenRevolution. The piston mechanism on the first gave up the ghost after a short time. When I contacted FPR, a bit late I must admit, I was very impressed to have a replacement offer

right off the bat. The pen arrived in short order and is everything the first(possibly a production dud)wasn't, it writes and fills like a charm !

The same level of impressive service from Sundaystreets for a similar issue. Two piston fillers, ROMUS Majestic, on an Ebay

special, one of which had a piston leakage. A replacement, a fine writer, arrived without much delay.

Fine pens, great service, very reasonable pricing. Could you ask for more ?

I've had great experiences with FPR as well. Great customer service and their FPR line of pens is pretty great.

I have bought an embarrassing number of pens from Kevin at FPR. You couldn't ask for better service!
