The cap came apart completely and is now 3 separate pieces: the bit of metal with the clip, the main plastic body, and the metal ring that screws on the pen (+the plastic 'cup' that could always be removed).

Where can I purchase/obtain a new cap? I've had my pen for about 4 months now I suppose.

Contact Twsbi and they should send you a new one.

Seconded, if it's only about 4 months or so, should still have a warranty.

Thirded.  Not sure about EU customer service, but Speedy has replaced the cap on my Vac700 twice now, no questions asked (once was 100% my fault).

Have had various parts replaced on my TWSBI pens, never had to pay anything, when I asked I was informed that it was a free service.

Methinks it is time for TWSBI to go back to the drawing board with their caps. Maybe all-plastic or all-metal...so long as something changes.
