How To Disassemble Kaweco Sport V16

I just recived vintage Kaweco Sport V16 fountain pen ftom '70s, and i heve no idea how to disassemble it (cleaning purpose). I cant take off the nib and disassemble the piston (yea its piston filled Kaweco Sport ;] ) , i do not use to much force because im affraid than i crack it.

 

If You have any tips or instructions i will be grateful for help ;]

If the nib is aligned, all you need to do is clean the pen.

To disassemble. soak the whole pen in water for a day or two. Flush the pen every few hours while immesed in water to clear any ink from behind the piston. (Same as for cleaning the pen, including Pelikans, etc. Any water left behind the piston will evaporate.)

The piston unscrews clockwise by turing the brass bit at the end of the piston.

Use a blunt tip from a piece of wooden skewer to push the feed out from the piston end. Use a pencil sharpener to get a suitable sized blunt point. (you can see the centre of the feed through the ink view window.)
