I came across this little fellow whilst searching the bay of Evil for a Bargain 51, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161267336398 


Obviously its not a 51, anyone recognise it.

I'd incline to say one of the million zillion Italian 51esques, but the actual arrow on the clip turns one's eye's China-ward.
