Hi All,

Yes, I have the same exact pen. The blind cap can be repaired or replaced, as it is plain black.

Oh!!!!!!!!  Is it really that wonderful colour?  Binder's examples don't show anything like that.

That's a Shadow Wave in green. If you look on Richard Binder's Vacumatic page you will see it listed at the bottom with the rest of the Vac Jr. colors.

It's a nice set, especially at that price.

Parker: Sonnet Flighter, Rialto Red Metallic Laque, IM Premium Chiseled Gunmetal, Latitude Stainless, 45 Black, Duovac Blue Pearl Striped, 51 Standard Black, 21 Super Red, Vac Jr. Black, 51 MK1 Black, 51 Vac Blue Cedar, Duofold Jr. Lapis, 51 MK1 Demi Black, 51 MK1 Demi Teal, 51 MK1 Navy Gray, Duofold Pastel Moire Violet, Vac Major Golden Brown, Vac Deb. Emerald, Vac Sub. Deb. Azure, 51 Vac Dove Gray, Vac Major Azure, Vac Jr. Silver Pearl, 51 Vac Black GF Cap, 51 Forest Green GF cap, Vac Jr. Silver Pearl.

Yes, that's where I looked, but I guess the sellers photos colour balance may be out a bit.  Binder's green looks more grassy, this one looks almost teal.  Someone will get a bargain - maybe.

:lticaptd:

It is a lovely set, otherwise, though, isn't it?  That color is really wonderful.  Hmm.  Maybe I should bid....  Naah, what would I do with a mechanical pencil that I can't already do with a Berol Turquoise (especially after a friend "dumpster dived" and gave me a bunch of packages of replacement leads in various hardness ratings; those will probably take me a good ten to twenty years to use up, since I had just gotten a package of 2H leads recently in an art store).

Just been watching this pen set sell for $119.  Anyone here get it?  Hope so.  It got too dear for me a while ago factoring in eBay's Global Shipping cash grab and mailing cost.  I asked the seller if she'd ship directly to me - she wouldn't.  Enjoy it wherever you are!
