What's the deadline? Did I miss knowing the deadline by sloppy skimming?

Please have your samples mailed to us in Las Vegas by August 15, 2013. The samples will be up for the last quarter of the year and results will be posted next year.

First test subjects have been scanned.

Test Subjects (TS) are being sequentially numbered and we are using a standardized naming convention:

2013-FADE_###.jpg

 

Each TS is available in three sizes and is each size is available in the directory as listed below. The TS names do not change:

 

  1. Thumbnail Size 240x240 /2013-FADE/thumbs/
  2. Slide Show Size 800x800 /2013-FADE/slides/
  3. HUGE Size - HUGE Original Scans are between 1mb and 4mb each - /2013-FADE/

     

So.... Test Subject 1 is named: 2013-FADE_001.jpg

Copies of TS 1 can be found in three locations depending on size:

  1. Thumbnail www.SheIsMYLawyer.com/2013-FADE/thumbs/2013-FADE_001.jpg
  2. Medium www.SheIsMYLawyer.com/2013-FADE/slides/2013-FADE_001.jpg

      Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off.
