Yes, and thank you for pointing it out.  I held off for a while, hoping that other guy would buy it, but it had too many watchers to leave it for long.  This blue-green color is beautiful, and I like it.  These are very nice pens.  While they might not be worth the Phever prices of today, they are among the nicest and most comfortable of pens.  Waterman made gems when they made these.

Here's another but don't bid on it.

I suspect many pot holes under that dried ink.

If you thought that the cap and barrel were in very nice shape, this might still be almost reasonable, if you could also get it cheaply.  You would have to replace the nib.  The pen is neglected, and the pictures are not very revealing.  This would mitigate against it.  A whole new section and nib are about $38 shipped here in the US.  You are right, it isn't worth it.  I think someone will end up paying $40 to $50 shipped for it, so a section/nib replacement puts it in the Phever range.

It fits.  It caps.  It posts.  Why not?

I have been using this all week.  The nib doesn't dry out.  It feels perfect.  The effort of uncapping is much less than the Phileas with the Phileas section.  I think I like this as a home for a formerly spare nib.
