Is it possible to take apart a m200? Or is it best to be handled by a professional?

Possible but might not be 'put back together again'. :)

Best done by a professional, BUT in interest of curiosity, check this out:

It is very likely that you'll damage the pen when you remove it.. you've been warned!
The M800/M1000 and their brothers, on the other hand, can be disassembled safely.
