I have a Mont Blanc 22, a very nice pen. I broke the piston and was wondering if anyone can help me get it repaired. I sent it to Mont Blanc repair center in Texas, they said it was unrepairable. photo.JPG

Unfortunately, although I believe the pen is repairable, the parts replacement, plus shipping, may cost as much, or more than replacing the pen.
I'm not sure if only the piston spindle (screw) needs replacement or a new knob/spindle assembly is required. If the damage occurred when forcing a stuck piston, there may be other hidden problems....
Sorry, a Montblanc 22 just sold on eBay for $106, including shipping.
Let's hope a kind FPN member has some helpful suggestions for you.
Good Luck.

Many thanks to everyone who is helping me. Once a pen is in my collection I feel a commitment to getting it repaired, if I can afford it. As I'm sometimes clumsy and not well informed as to how pens work, breakage like this happens. However, I take responsibility for my actions and ask for help when I need to. Thank you.
All the best, Ingrid

Please forgive me for hijacking this thread: my 22 - which I have owned since new - has problems with cracked hood and cap, so I wonder if replacements are still available at decent prices. Thanks.
No, I am not going to list my pens here.
