I've now been using this bag for a bit over a week, so here are my first impressions:

- I have the 15" batchel (satchel with a handle). They are accurate on the size, and it can be a squeeze at full load. At normal load, the size is perfect.
- Normal load: Journal notebook, pen case, e-reader, calculator, business card case, small notebook for jotting notes and lists
- Full load: All of the above minus the e-reader, 11 inch netbook with power adapter and mini mouse
- The overall construction quality is exceptionally high. Everything is tight and solid, the leather is uniform, and the hardware is very good.
- The strap is quite well executed, and makes carrying the bag easy.

Bearing in mind that this is my man-bag, it seems to garner a fair amount of appreciative attention.

It is mighty tough to see the style through the color, though.

Glenn, click on the link, and there you can see the various models in more subdued colors. Very nice-looking. Apparently, some Bloomingdale'ses carry the line, including the one in downtown San Francisco.

You did comment on the color. :-D

If you wanted to see the bag in other colors, though...

I like it! The pink's too flashy for me (probably no surprise there), but the bags look great.

waytoo---i'm thinking of getting one of the 15" batchels---i'd have to order off the web, no store handy---so,if i may ask---is the batchel lined, or is it "raw-ish", stiff leather---is it soft inside, and does it have any compartments, or just one big comprtmnt---thanks! m

The batchel is unlined, raw full-grain leather. Just the one main compartment and the pocket at the front

Is there any organization to those things on the inside? I might be looking to get a black or brown satchel. (I just can't for the life of me use a bag that is that brighly colored.) ;)

Now that is one bright colored satchel. There will be no loosing it in a crowded area.
Hope that the usage is what you were expecting. Good Luck.

Not for me - not those bright colors.

I would consider the following:
black
dark brown
vintage
navy

in the classic series.

My hairdresser did it. I think it's called Crazy Colours and he mixed two to get this shade.

My husband said the colour "hummed in low light" :D

Fell in love with these when I spotted them on the Google Chrome advert a while back. They're top of the list for when my current briefcase decides to fall apart...think I'll go for a slightly more boring colour though as the bosses might object to the bright yellow which draws me in.
