The coupon code doesn't work for me. Help?

 

The uber-sale ran a bit short, a week or so. The better codes were made available by Niklas, but the timing was far shorter than originally advertised. Also, during the last couple of days of the sale, the main site was unavailable, but I believe is back up now.

 

I didn't get to buy anything either; not a great outcome.

I placed a order February 16, 2012, 9:38 PM and haven't heard anything back.. should I be concerned?

When I ordered something, all I received was a Paypal receipt until of course I checked my spam folder. Everything else, including a 'package sent' notice, was in there.

 

Have you checked your spam?

 

Yes, nothing in spam

 

Go back to pennexperten.se and log in. Then check order details. I never received a shipping notice in my email but there it says it has been shipped.

 

Edit: After checking my spam folder, I did receive an order receipt, confirmation, and shipping notice for each order but I would always check the website for details.

 

 

seems easlier said then done.. I sent them an email a couple of minutes after my post and got no response. IT IS NOT IN MY SPAM! No ship notice or even a confirmation of order other then my PayPal receipt. Maybe opening a problem with PayPal will generate at least a courtesy reply.

I did the quick checkout without setting up an account.. I have the transaction number but evidently if you don't have an account to log onto you can't check a transaction number. It was only a little over $20 so I won't loose sleep. I opened an issue with PayPal just to see if I could generate a response. They seem to have time to post on here.

You can check your transaction if you checked out as a guest; I just checked mine on Saturday. Enter the transaction number and the e-mail address you entered when you checked out.

Somehow I had alot of orders to ship and some took a bit longer to ship than others but I can promise that all orders placed on my SuperSale have been shipped and will get to you soon.

My order just arrived! Woot! :bunny01: It was shipped Feb. 12th... so it took 17 days. Now the fun part begins. :thumbup: Thanks for having such a great sale Niklas! (Will you do it again?) :ninja:

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
