Pelikan M250 Fountain Pen - 14Ct M Nib

Hi!

I do sell 4 new, boxed Pelikan M250 fountain pens.

With gold-plated trimmings. Combined with the 14ct solid gold-nib in M size (no other nib-size available) and the famous Pelikan piston-filler, this writing-tool is a real beauty in design, appearance and its function.

Pelikan is known worldwide for their high-quality pens, especially fountain pens and this model, the M250, is the best entry into the world of hand-writing and luxury fountain pens due to its craftsmanship and the very smooth gold-nib which is not that rigid as many other nibs nowadays are.

The M250 is black, has a green-colored ink-window and a length (unposted) of 127mm (5 inches). The diameter of the grip-section is: 12mm (0.47 inches).

Comes in the original Pelikan hard-case.

Price incl. registered shipment (worldwide): 75 Euro / ~ $106

Payment: PayPal only.

Feel free to contact me for further information!

Cheers

Christian

There are no hidden defects or scratches, these items are brand new! Pictures only have some artifacts.

I got my 250 a couple of days ago - it is a beauty, with a nib performance that is to die for. Thanks, Christian. This is the second Pelikan I have purchased from you and your service is exemplary with quick response to PMs, fast shipping, and always keeping me in the loop. Indeed, when I PM'd you to let you know it arrived and to comment on its performance, you immediately let me know that the nibs in these pens are the older (and you believe better) Bock nibs. It is this sort of attention to detail that makes you a pleasure to deal with.

I received my M250 fast and in perfect condition. It writes smooth and wet. When I cleaned it prior to inking it showed that it had been dip tested so it wouldn't give any problem. I want to thank Christian for his superb service.

@Antolin!

Thanks for your kind words but I have never experienced these pens which I buy new from time to time from a large German department store to be prior dipped, inked.

Nevertheless, again, thanks for a smooth transaction.

Kind regards

Christian

Got mine today, writes nice and smooth, the 14 k nib is real nice.

Christian is a great guy -- good communication, quick shipping (considering it had to go a third of the way around the world)... Would definitely do business with him again in the future. :)

Got mine today. Very nice looking pen with very smooth flow. The medium is more broad than I like, but that can be adjusted.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
