Pure Maple Syrup

Hi everyone!

My sister and her family are a small dairy farm in Cooperstown NY where they make Pure Maple Syrup. I helped them create a simple website to help them sell maple syrup on the internet.

If you love REAL Pure Maple Syrup like I do, give them a try. I have been enjoying their syrup for the past 14 years... yummy. Visit them at http://www.ringwoodfarmsmaplesyrup.com to learn more.

Thanks,

Dave

P.S. If you place an order, PM me your order number and I will mail you 3 fountain pen decals at NO CHARGE as a thank you. You can see the fountain pen decal here https://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/index.php?/topic/161185-fountain-pen-nib-vinyl-decals-for-sale/page__p__1607077__hl__nmprofessional__fromsearch__1#entry1698977 .

Will they do Grade B table syrup? I miss it... I have been looking for it for years... that maple taste, people just do not know what they are missing...

Hi FPN Members,

Thanks for the great response and questions from everyone.

I spoke with my sister this morning, they typically do not run out of syrup. If they get close to selling out it would probably be close to when next years sapping season would start.

So in a round about way I'm saying... yes it is all year sales of syrup until they sellout and start producing again the next sapping season.

Trader Joe's carries Grade B maple syrup. There are TJ's in PA, but I don't know if any are close enough to you, farseer911.

Don't feel bad. I'm old; I'm meh about most things.

Hi everyone,

I see by the Topic Views that there is interest in my Sister's families syrup.

What can I do to sweeten the offer?

Many thanks,

Dave

P.S. If you do not like using Google Checkout, they also accept check/money-order and I will also be putting up a PayPal buy page by 4/13 too. Thanks for your interest.

I want some!!

Can you send some, by rowboat, to Spain?

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
