I wish I had seen this sooner.

I'm wondering why you don't seem to carry Diamine Chocolate Brown? I've been looking over the past few weeks and it doesn't appear for the 30ml inks.

Kind regards

I've had no luck in accessing the web page for a few days; does anyone else get this message, or is it just me?

Dan

Hi Dan

I haven't heard about this before and will look into it. Maybe it's just with Firefox, can you try it with IE?

Please let me know if you experience any other problems with the shop.

Kind regards

Niklas

Hi Niklas,

I'm on a Mac, so no IE, but I tried Safari, got the same thing:

Safari can’t find the server.

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.stylos.se/” because Safari can’t find the server “www.stylos.se”.

I'm at work, so maybe it has to do with the work server setup; I'll try later from home.

Thanks,

Dan

It could be a DNS issue with your ISP. I just wrote an article on my blog about it since I had a few listeners of my podcast not able to download from iTunes or even reach my podcast Web site. A simple method to test your ISP's DNS server or if they're blocking a range of IP numbers.

Trouble Browing?

Take care,

Well, I can get onto the site from my home machine, so it must be some firewall issue here at work.

I did notice that there were some other problems over at the postings under "New Weekend, New Offers!" about troubles getting on, but I gather that's a different issue.

Thanks to all for suggestions,

Dan

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
