I recently upgraded our financial software. I just discovered that the preference setting for sending invoices was not preserved and invoices were not being sent. (There was no error message, grrrr!)
I do not remember when I performed the upgrade, so I just re-sent all recent unpaid invoices. Please let me know if I missed yours.
