Over the past 5 minutes or so you may have encountered a "Driver Error" page. This was not a true database problem, but purely due to standard maintenance procedures. We either have the option to lock everybody out temporarily, or get this page to pop up every so often, but only for very short periods of time.
For now we have chosen for the latter, as this will result in the least downtime.

Maintenance is being performed at a much more frequent rate than before to combat the appearance of these messages, which are not really errors but "database timeouts". We are working with our software vendor to resolve this problem and feel confident we will eventually. The good thing is that it is contained now, so that the errors do not happen very often or persistently.
