Hi,

Lately, I've been thinning out my collection to focus more on pens I like and enjoy using. I just don't use these pens enough if at all and decided that it would be a good idea to let someone else enjoy them.

First, I have a Lady Sheaffer 904 in black paisley. (Don't ask me why it's called paisley, haha). This pen has a wonderfully smooth, wet 14k gold nib in medium. It has the Stylepoint type nib and is about 8/10 in wetness (1 being quite dry and 10 being very wet). This pen comes with the original Sheaffer press bar converter which has been restored with a new translucent PVC sac. Of course, if you don't like converters, you can also use modern Sheaffer cartridges with this pen. There are two spots of what appear to be rainbow tarnish on the pen, and there is some slight flattening on the rim of the captop. I've attached closeup of those so you can see them. Otherwise, there is no brassing, cracks, or other dents. This pen is a US production model. I was sorely tempted to keep this pen because it's just such a great writer, but when it came down to it, it just didn't use it enough, so I decided that it would be better to let someone else enjoy it. It's $45 shipped priority in the US and first class internationally. Now for pictures!!

Here is the pen closed with the converter. You can see that the converter has a translucent sac. You can see how much is left!

Here is a picture of the pen uncapped. It's quite nice. The mark you see under the clip is a reflection of the underside of the clip!

Here's a closeup of the nib. It's one of the nicest nibs I've seen lately, and such a great writer. Even if I didn't use it as often as I liked, I could never put it down easily.

Here's another closeup of the nib. The nib has a slight upward curve as many Sheaffer pens of this era did.

Here's a picture of the two slight "shadows" on the back of the pen.

Here you can see the slight flattening on the crown of the cap. It's slight, but it's there

Next, I have a Parker Falcon 50 in stainless steel with gold trim. According to the date code, this pen was made in the second quarter of 1982. It is mint, stickered, and uninked. It comes with a beautiful integrated stainless steel nib in fine. As it has not been inked, I can't ascertain how well it writes, but I did visually examine the nib, tine gap, and nib tipping profile, and I expect it to be a great writer when inked. This pen comes with the original press-bar Parker converter which has been restored with a new translucent PVC sac. Of course, if one wishes, one could take out the converter and use modern Parker cartridges in this pen. This pen has no dents, dings, brassing, or scratches, and there is no wear on the grip section as is often commonly seen on used Parker Falcon 50 pens. This pen is a US production model, and I believe it was intended for the Taiwanese market. It's a wonderful example, and I'm tempted to keep it for myself. This pen is $110 shipped priority in the US or first class international. Now for pictures!

Here you can see the tip of the clip, the imprint, and the delicate golden band between the cap and barrel.

Here you can see the date code that tells us that the pen is from the second quarter of 1982. You can also see the imprints on this pen are very deep and crisp.

Here you can see the sticker on the pen. It's not just any sticker, it's one made for the Taiwanese market. It's not something you see every day.
